Gemma Busoni is the co-founder of Discovr Labs, a VR content studio focused on creating immersive educational, vocational, and situational experiences. Discovr Labs was recognized as one of the Top 10 VR Companies by LAUNCH and featured in TechCrunch. The company was funded by Rothenberg Ventures and participated in RIVER, the world’s first VR accelerator program.

With a strong background in educational technology and immersive media, Gemma previously founded a nonprofit organization that later merged into Hack Club, now an international community empowering young creators through coding and technology. She also served as a research associate at Caltech.

Passionate about developing the next generation of creators, Gemma also led Hack Camp, an intensive summer program designed to take high school students from zero programming experience to fully shipped projects in just two weeks.
