Alvaro Brito brings over a decade of diverse experience in education, having served as a teacher, site coordinator, specialist, assistant principal, and district administrator. As an Educational Technology Innovator, Alvaro leads transformative initiatives that fuse technology with student engagement and workforce readiness. He has successfully managed the District’s Innovation Labs and Robotics Programs, and works in expanding Scholastic Esports program across the county, as well as Cybersecurity education initiatives that prepare students for future careers in digital safety and tech.

Alvaro is a recognized leader in advancing 21st-century teaching and learning, earning both the District Teacher and Administrator of the Year Awards for his innovative and passionate leadership. As an agent of change, he is deeply committed to promoting equity and social justice in the communities he serves, while driving forward-thinking programs that empower students through STEAM, digital literacy, and inclusive access to emerging technologies.
